Your computer never breaks at a convenient time, and we know that better than anybody else. When you’re without your computer the last thing you want is to be inundated with technical jargon, so we always make sure to communicate in plain English.

There’s a whole host of things that can go wrong with a computer, but its rare that we can’t fix it. We also keep your best interests in mind, so if we think a computer is going to cost more than its worth to repair, we’ll let you know and advise you on the best way to move forward.

We’re able to help with both hardware and software problems, so if your computer just won’t start up, or you’ve got faulty keys on the keyboard, we can help.

While most of our services are billed at an hourly rate, we appreciate you’d like to know how much its going to cost. Unfortunately due to the unpredictability of the work, that isn’t always easy. We can give you a rough estimate up front and then we’ll provide a complimentary obligation-free quotation once we get the computer in for repair.
