Dan was excellent. Following a power cut we lost our router and thereby wifi. We contacted Dan on a Saturday and very kindly he came over to see us that evening and resolved the problem by providing a temporary router and “got us up running again”. He has a very positive, reassuring style which was very welcome in view of our being in business and having lost our wifi. In short we were very pleased.
