We’ve now cancelled all non-essential on site visits scheduled during lockdown. We are not taking bookings for any on site visits for new customers until 2021.
We understand that this is a challenging time for many of our clients, especially those with small businesses. All of our usual contact channels remain open and we would be happy to offer assistance wherever possible.

When will you be returning to regular service?
We are closely monitoring the government guidance and hope to be back to normal soon, but will remain running a limited service as long as is necessary to protect our clients, staff and the public health. Any updates will be announced on our usual social media channels.

- New/Refurbished Sales (Operated under controlled collections / deliveries)

- Marketing & E-commerce Support
- Repairs we’re able to complete from our workshop
You have my device, when will I get it back?
We’re in touch with the few customers who still have a device with us for repair and we’ve made alternative arrangements to get these back safely and securely.
I have an appointment booked, what now?
We’ve already been in touch with customers with upcoming appointments, if you’ve booked further into the future we’ll be in touch nearer the time when we have a better idea of the situation. Please contact us if you have any questions about your appointment.
Will you survive this period as a business?
We appreciate the concern, but as part of our ongoing business continuity plans we have provisions in place to account for scenarios like this – we’re looking forward to seeing our clients again on the other side.
